Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@lifternation.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product:

Shipping Protection by LifterNation - If you choose to add shipping protection at checkout, we’ve got your back. In the rare case your order is lost or damaged in transit, LifterNation will issue store credit equal to the full value of the affected items—no hassle, no stress. All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.
If you notice an issue with the products or anything in the order that seems to be out of place, contact us and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem.
REPLACEMENT/REFUND EXEMPTIONS
LifterNation will not grant a refund or credit your account for the following:

Wrong Address – If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility; you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.

Buyer's Remorse – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Fraud – If we believe that your order is fraudulent, we will cancel the order immediately.

Sale items/Gift cards – Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Products with opened or tampered packaging are not eligible for a refund unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
REFUND PROCESS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a few workdays. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
